As a permanent resident of Bentsen Grove Resort, I understand that I am responsible for the lawn mowing, trimming and weeding at my site all year round.
You are more than welcome, to choose any service you want. Please be sure that they check in with the community office when they begin working for you, as we would like to know who is in our community.
For Permanent Residents, please write below who will be taking care of your site when/if you are not physically in the home during the summer months. This could be another resident or a service. Please make sure whoever is maintaining your site does so on a regular schedule.

If you fail to maintain your lawn in the sole opinion of Management, a notice (or phone call/email) will be issued (or made) to correct the problem within 48 hours (weather permitting). If the issue is not corrected, management has the right to do a penalty cut on your home at a price of $200/ service (ie. $200 cut & trim, $200 weed, etc), which will then be collectible as rent. Please don’t make this necessary. Tenant will be responsible for any incidental damage done by Bentsen Grove Resort’s maintenance crew while maintaining the site, such as flying rocks, as you are responsible for keeping debris, rocks, etc out of the lawn area.
