Bentsen Grove Resort, our South Texas RV park in Rio Grande Valley, is open year-round and guests can check-in any time. Bentsen Grove Resort mobile home & RV park has lots that will accommodate mobile homes and RVs of all sizes and lengths.

Reservation Policies

• All Rents Payable in Advance. Monthly Rates are available on all Permanent Sites.
• Check out time: 11:00 AM.
• Auto rent pmt required.
• Guests: a charge of $1.00 per day per guest (excluding Holidays – see community rules for details).
• Guests are required to check in with the community office upon arrival.
• *RV Site: A site that is rented for short periods of time & is completely vacant when reservation is complete. No Storage.
• *6 + 6 RV Storage Site: RV/shed/awning/deck that occupies the site full-time. A 6+6 RV storage site is the only way to be able to store on site all year round. The maximum days this site can be occupied by the homeowner is 6 months.
  Mobile Homes, Park Models, RV’s with skirting/additions are not eligible for this site class and considered
  permanent home sites.
• *Permanent Home Site: A permanent home site is occupied w/ a stationary home regardless of being occupied
  by the homeowner year-round (ie. Mobile home, park model or RV with skirting/addition).
• Electricity is metered and billed for a one month stay and over. Water, Trash and Sewer fees are included in above rates
• Permanent & 6+6 RV Storage Sites must sign a lawn agreement or pay for service during summer months if away.
• All Apartment Rents Payable in Advance.
• Rates are the same regardless of method of payment. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are Accepted $250 deposit is required to hold Apartment, RV or Overflow site and will be applied to rent Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing before December 1st to receive a full refund NO Refunds and No Rollovers are permitted.
